SubmitTool.AI offers refunds under specific circumstances to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service integrity.

2. When Refunds Are Provided

Full refunds are available in the following situations:

• Rejection Due to Guidelines: If your tool is rejected because it doesn't meet our submission guidelines, you can choose either a full refund or submit an alternate tool at no extra cost.
• Service Not Delivered: If we fail to complete your submission within 7 business days without valid reason.
• Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent successful submission.

3. When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are not available in these cases:

• After successful submission and delivery of the submission report
• If you change your mind after the submission process has started
• For traffic or SEO performance expectations (we provide submission services, not traffic or ranking guarantees)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide reason for the refund request
3. Allow 1-2 business days for review
4. Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 business days

5. Partial Refunds

For package purchases where only some directories reject your tool, we offer partial refunds for the rejected directories or the option to select alternative directories of equal value.

6. Alternate Tool Option

If your tool is rejected, instead of a refund, you can submit an alternate tool that meets our guidelines. This option is available once per order.

7. Resubmissions

We include 1 free update for resubmissions within 6 months of purchase. After that, standard service fees apply. Resubmissions are not considered refundable services.

8. Disputes

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We'll work to resolve any issues fairly.
